If you decide to freeze your subscription, your access to the courses will be retained for the duration of the subscription freeze; the next billing date will be postponed accordingly.
Your subscription will automatically resume after the freeze elapses.
To freeze your subscription, please follow the next steps:
- Log in to your account with an active subscription.
- Click on your avatar in the top-right corner, and select 'Account'
- By default, you will get to the Billing page. Below the payment history, find the Cancel Subscription button, and click on it.
- Confirm that you would like to proceed by clicking 'Continue Cancellation';
- Select the duration of your Freeze period, as shown below, and click 'Freeze'. You can choose to freeze the subscription for 1, 2, or 3 months at a time, as many times as you may need it:
Your subscription will be successfully frozen after that, and you can check the information about the freeze end date and the adjusted next billing date on the Billing page of your account:
The subscription can also be unfrozen at any moment before the scheduled freeze end date by clicking the 'Unfreeze profile' button in the top right corner, or the 'Unfreeze' from the Billing page:
Please note that only active subscriptions can be frozen. If your subscription is canceled and you want to freeze it, please Resubscribe first.
