If your payment for the subscription went through, but you cannot access the learning materials, and on the Billing page of the account settings the "Free Plan" is listed, please Submit a Request, and a member of our Customer Success team will get back to you as soon as possible to help resolve this matter.
Most often this is a login issue. Learners can create a Codefinity account under one email address but use a different one to log in, or there was a typo in the email upon account creation. In this case, you can reach out to our Customer Success team at info@codefinity.com or Submit a Request, and we will be happy to help you locate and access your subscription.
