If your payment for the subscription went through, but you cannot access the learning materials, and on the Manage Subscription page of the account settings the "Free Plan" is listed, please Submit a Request, and a member of our Customer Success team will get back to you as soon as possible to help resolve this matter.
Most often, this is a login issue. Learners can create a Codefinity account under one email address but use a different one to log in, or there was a typo in the email upon account creation. In this case, you can reach out to our Customer Success team at info@codefinity.com or Submit a Request, and we will be happy to help you locate and access your subscription.
