You can cancel your subscription at any moment by following these steps:
- Log in to your account with an active subscription.
- Click on your avatar in the top-right corner, and select 'Account'.
- By default, you will get to the Billing page. Below the payment history, find the Cancel Subscription button, and click on it.
- Confirm that you would like to proceed by clicking 'Continue Cancellation';
- You can also Freeze your subscription for up to 3 months; this option will preserve your pre-paid subscription time and postpone the next billing period accordingly; if you are not interested, click on 'Continue Cancellation';
- Select the reason why you are canceling your membership. If you select the 'Other' option, kindly specify the reason in the free text line that will appear below. You will be given an opportunity to elaborate on your answer and leave us feedback.
- Click on Cancel Subscription.
Your subscription will be deactivated upon the expiry of the current subscription period, and the auto-renewal for the next subscription period will be disabled. You will still have access to all the subscription features that come with your subscription package until the end of the current billing cycle.
After the expiry of the subscription, you will no longer have access to the courses, projects, or career tracks that you progressed on or completed when the subscription was active. If you decide to resubscribe, all of your progress will be saved, and you will be able to continue from where you left off.
To learn more about cancellation, feel free to check our Subscription Terms.
If anything prevents you from canceling from your end please reach out to us at least 48 hours before the renewal date for assistance with cancellation at support@codefinity.com, or Submit a request.
If you see a 'You are currently using Free Plan' message on the Billing page of the account, it means that this account doesn't have a subscription associated with it. If you paid for a subscription but your account shows that you are on a Free Plan, kindly refer to the I Paid for a Subscription but the Account Is on a ‘Free Plan' article.
If you have any further questions or need any assistance, please reach out to us via support@codefinity.com email, and our Customer Success team will be glad to help.
